01 / LOCALYour worlds stay on your device

Game progress is saved locally. No Pocket Planet account is required.

02 / PREMIUMPurchases use Google Play

Google processes payments; the game checks purchase ownership.

03 / FUTUREChanges will be disclosed

AdMob and Firebase Analytics are planned, but are not active in this release.

Pocket Planet is a planet-restoration game. This policy explains what information the current game stores, which services handle purchases, and what we plan to disclose before future services are enabled. For privacy questions, email support@quickfilelab.com.

01

About this policy

This policy applies to the Pocket Planet Android app, package name com.quickfilelab.pocketplanet. It covers game progress, Premium purchases, and the services described below. The app does not require you to create a Pocket Planet account.

02

Game progress on your device

Pocket Planet saves your planet progress, placed objects, resources, missions, and settings in the app's storage on your device. We do not operate a cloud-save server for this data, and the game does not send your saved world to a server operated by us.

Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game may erase this local progress. If your device or platform backs up app data, those backups are controlled by the relevant device or platform settings.

03

Premium purchases

Pocket Planet offers an optional one-time Premium unlock. If you choose to buy it, Google Play processes the payment. The game checks Google Play for purchase ownership and uses that result to unlock Premium features. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

The Premium screen includes Restore purchases, which asks Google Play to check ownership again. If Google Play reports that a purchase was refunded or revoked, Premium access is removed when the game next checks ownership. Google Play handles its purchase records under Google's Privacy Policy.

04

Future advertising and analytics

Status for this release: not active

This version does not display ads or use AdMob or Firebase Analytics. The information below describes planned services, not data collection taking place in this version.

Planned Google AdMob advertising

In a future update, we may show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on the SDK version, settings, region, and your choices, Google's ads technology may process an IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), interactions such as app launches or ad views, diagnostic data, and device or advertising identifiers. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. We will review the actual SDK configuration and update this policy and Play Console disclosures before enabling ads. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.

Planned Firebase Analytics

We may later use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and improve it. Depending on configuration, the SDK can collect an app-instance identifier, app lifecycle events such as sessions and screen views, approximate location derived from a masked IP address, advertising ID, and in-app purchase events. Any additional game events we choose to log will be described when implemented. We will update this policy and Play Console disclosures before enabling analytics. See Google Analytics for Firebase data disclosure.

Where applicable, we will provide the required privacy or consent choices before using future advertising features. The details will depend on the services and settings actually released.

05

Sharing and security

We do not sell your game progress or send it to our own server. Current purchase checks involve Google Play; Google handles payment information on its systems. Local progress stays in the app's storage on your device and is subject to your device's security settings. We do not hold payment card numbers.

If you email support, we receive the email address and message you choose to send so we can respond. Email is handled by the mail services used by you and by our support inbox. The planned AdMob and Firebase services described above will involve Google when they are actually enabled; their specific data practices will be reflected in a revised policy.

Pocket Planet does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone in this release.

06

Retention, deletion, and your choices

  • Local game data: it remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the game, subject to any device or platform backups you control.
  • Premium purchase: use Restore purchases in the game to recheck ownership. Google Play retains its payment and purchase records under its own policies.
  • Support messages: contact us at the address below if you want us to review or delete correspondence you sent, subject to any records we must keep for legal or operational reasons.

There is no Pocket Planet account to delete in this version. If we add accounts or cloud saves later, this policy will explain their retention and deletion controls before release.

07

Children and families

Parents and guardians can supervise purchases using Google Play's purchase controls. A parent or guardian with a privacy question can contact us using the email below. If future ads or analytics are added, we will review the relevant age and consent requirements before enabling them.

08

Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as Pocket Planet changes. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Before activating AdMob, Firebase Analytics, accounts, or another service that changes data handling, we will update the details here to match the released app.
